DON
Director of Nursing is a multifaceted position that requires a clinical nurse who has leadership qualities. Enova was founded by a Director of Nursing so we understand this role to a degree most do not. The buildings we operate in open new wings, increase census dramatically and operate with high morale. Our forward-thinking team allows for this important position to be filled by DON’s that understand what is needed to optimize your building.
ADON
This supporting role requires flexibility and training in multiple areas of a facility. Our ADON’s are well rounded and ready to assist you with whatever your DON needs.
Resident Care Manager
At Enova, our RCM’s understand that working with your staff to educate and increase compliance is of the utmost concern. This happens via auditing, educating staff, and completing their own sary tasks timely and accurately. Having a great attitude and desire to learn the facilities’ intricacies is a strong suit of the RCM’s Enova has available for your faacility.

Staff Development Coordinator
Enova understands that training is vital. Not only the basic training to stay compliant with state and federal regulations, but also trending current events in a multifaceted way including QAPI / CQI programs to cater education to your facilities specific needs to best serve your residents and staff.
Charge nurses
Charge Nurses run the day-to-day operations of the floor. Enova’s charge nurses are trained in your specific setting and are able to understand and operate multiple EHR systems to best oversee the important care provided on the floors in your facility, along with staying compliant with charting and documenting the care they provide.
